Each one of these Recreation By Design Bay Point destination trailers has been built to last for years with a corrosion-proof underbelly and an I-beam frame with E-Coated corrosion-proofing. They are also constructed with triple-belt rail reinforced sidewalls, 2x4 floor framing, engineered trusses, and a detachable hitch. The R-7 insulation will keep the heat in from the floor ducted 40,000 BTU furnace and the cool air with the 15,000 BTU air conditioner with heat pump.
An electric awning allows you to sit outside and gaze out at your beautiful view while staying protected, rain or shine. There is upgraded vinyl inside with carpet in the living room and bedroom for an extra at-home touch.
