Looking for a great couples Travel Trailer - light enough to tow with a normal truck - has all the features that would make this a great getaway - needs a table and chairs and a TV. The floorplan has been modified to replace the jack-knife sofa with two new lazy boy recliners. The dinette was removed as well - easy to add a small dining table and chairs or keep it open for other uses - perhaps a workstation or other ideas that will make it your own.
The Galley is fully equipped with double kitchen sink with covers, a microwave, with range hood fan over a 3 burner gas stove top with a metal cooktop cover, and a gas oven. The refrigerator/freezer is to the right of the stove and a pantry cabinet to the right of the refrigerator. The bathroom (head) is at the rear of the RV - and has all the required functions - a corner shower with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light, a corner bathroom sink with medicine cabinet (with mirror) over the sink and more cabinet space below it. The toilet faces the door, and there are large storage cabinets on the wall over the exterior kitchen area.
The Entertainment Center has mounting space for a large flat-screen TV, it has a Stereo System with DVD player and Bluetooth, and cabinet space for books, games, DVDs, etc.
The bedroom has privacy screens on either side of the Entertainment center and a Queen Pedestal Bed with Sleep Number mattress. The bed has a large storage space below it and there are wardrobe closets on either side of the bed as well as countertops and cabinet space below. There are electrical outlets on both sides of the bed.
The roof mounted 13,500 BTU Air Conditioner keeps the entire unit cool on the hottest days and the 30,000 BTU furnace keeps it warm on the coldest of days.
Outside the exterior kitchen features its own awning when you open the door to it - and has a large refrigerator, sink and a two burner gas stove and also comes with the electric oven as shown in the photos. There is plenty of cabinet space for all your storage needs.
The front of the RV - features a full-width storage compartment and at the tongue - there is a power tongue jack that makes setup and breakdown quick and easy - the unit comes with the weight distribution hitch system and the anti-sway bar as shown in the photos. The unit also features 4 electric stabilizer jacks with controls in the front storage compartment.
The tongue also houses the 2-20lb propane tanks with a plastic rock guard, and the house battery that is brand new as of November 2022.
The Patio Awning is electric and opens and closes nicely. The unit also comes with a waste caddy - when you are camping at a site without sewer hookup - you can drain the waste tank and then dispose of the waste at a later time. All of the RV systems are easily accessible (water, sewer, power, and exterior shower).
