The roof AC has been replaced plus a new Queen mattress and the exterior awning has been replaced. The new Smart TV and Wireless backup camera with monitor and a new RV cover too!
She needs a good cleaning and a new owner ready to use it and enjoy it.

The layout has a swivel chair to your right when you enter the RV, a TV / Entertainment center over the cab - with a new 32-inch smart TV. The dinette converts into a bed and the bedroom has a walkaround queen bed.
The galley has a microwave/convection oven, range hood vent and light, 3 burner gas stove top with solid surface cooktop covers that match the countertops. The double kitchen sink and refrigerator/freezer that runs on propane or electrical power.
The unit has lots of cabinet space and the bathroom has a shower with skylight overhead, bathroom sink with medicine cabinet above and storage space below plus the toilet.
Outside the unit has a new awning - was not able to open it the day of photos as the storage barn the unit is parked in doesn't allow for the awning to be opened.
The RV systems - water, electrical, water heater and dump facilities are all easily accessible and marked.
