The tires were purchased new in 2020, and the rims are aluminum and chrome.

Inside, you will find gorgeous custom-laid porcelain tile
floors, designer solid hardwood cabinets, beautiful solid wood carpentry, and unique ceiling design.

In the living area, sit back and relax in the Ultra-leather message and heat stadium-style recliners. The functional equipment and luxurious touches are standard in this Aspire kitchen. Features include a Samsung 23 cubic foot residential stainless refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, a convection/microwave oven including a carousel, an LP cooktop, Corian solid-surface counter tops with integrated sink which also includes dual sink covers, and oil-rubbed bronze high-rise single-lever faucet with pull-out sprayer. There is an electric dishwasher and plenty of storage areas for all your culinary supplies.

Some other standard features included in this coach are an under-sink storage cabinet, a pullout cabinet extension with countertop, a cutting board, large deep drawers, and two chrome overhead slide-out baskets. There is a wine glass rack that comes in handy. All upper cabinets feature a slip-proof material, so dishes stay put. A great feature also is the large two-door, 6 shelved pantry providing plenty of storage which also includes lighting too.

You will love the everything-at-your fingertips Multiplex LED lighting system allows for the dimming and brightening of all lights in the coach!

The electric fireplace provides warming heat and a beautiful calming flame. Cleaning is a breeze with the central vacuum system with a vac floor pan that provides for quick clean-up.

Another exciting amenity includes a 50-inch Samsung LED HDTV with Bose CineMate digital home theater system with an all-in-one remote in the living area.

Additional items that are not standard with a coach like this are a Winegard Connect 2.0 internet satellite, a Winegard satellite Dish for TV, and a Winegard VHF antenna. You will enjoy that this Aspire coach
will provide for you state of the art communication, streaming, and TV capability.

The residential-style bedroom features a decorative padded headboard and mirror complete with overhead controls for the lights, the ceiling fan, and the front door locks right from your bed. This bed frame will accommodate a King Select Comfort air or Select Number dual control mattress (bed mattress not included in the sale of this unit). Also in the bedroom is a 32-inch Samsung LED TV with Bose Solo sound bar. The bedroom includes a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.

In the back of the coach is the master bathroom, which features a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, a beautiful one-piece radius fiberglass shower with an integrated seat, and a porcelain toilet. There is also a washer & dryer and overhead exhaust fan. On the sink, the oil-rubbed bronze fixtures are standard equipment, and so are the DuPont Corian solid-surface countertop with an integrated sink and a huge wall to wall
mirror.

There is also a half bath located in the living area, which has a sink cabinet, a residential medicine cabinet with a mirror and overhead exhaust fan, and a porcelain toilet with a handheld sprayer.

The well-appointed drivers cab features adjustable height foot pedals, a full color backup rearview & side
view cameras, the SmartWheel steering with integrated controls for tilt and telescoping steering, the wiper, and
cruise control.

The cab includes Ultra-leather driver and passenger electric seats that swivel around for added living room seating. There is a touch-screen AM/FM/CD/DVD with Rand McNally GPS (this can be updated as needed) navigation system.

The Aspire coach is equipped with a 100-gallon propane tank, an Aqua-Hot 400-LP hydronic water and heating
system, and in-floor heat throughout the coach. This Aqua hot runs on propane or electricity, which supplies on-demand hot water.

The Onan 10,000-watt generator is powered by a Cummins diesel engine. The generator and the coach battery bank are mounted on a sliding tray for easy maintenance. The power inverter provides clean power for all electronics. All windows have heat-reducing pulldown screens and blackout shades for added privacy, and you will love the beautiful designer window treatments.

Also includes covers for the tires, wipers, mirrors, and windshield. Also included is a water filter system with a chlorine blocker. Also, as an extra is included an LED illuminated 10 x 14 outdoor mat and a 2021 front wheel car tow dolly with extra safety lights and three sets of tie-down tire straps.

There are seat belts available on both recliners. This allows for 2 more passengers.
